The staff and volunteers at Georgetown and Cambridge Manors take their mission very seriously. The aim of our staff is to glorify God through efforts to ensure that seniors never feel abandoned - no matter what personal circumstances, seniors can always be certain of their hope in the Lord.

Meet Our Administrators
Brian Nitz - Administrator
Brian Nitz, Administrator at Georgetown and Cambridge Manor, joined Baruch Senior Ministries in 2007. Prior to Baruch, Brian worked for Somerset Manors for 15 years serving as an Associate Director and the Executive Director.
Fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry has prepared Brian for the role of Administrator and provided him the ability to manage the daily operations and promote a home-like atmosphere focused on individual care. With a solid leadership team, Georgetown and Cambridge Manor continues to be and high choice for residency in the surrounding community.
Brian has achieved certificates in Alzheimer’s Support Group Training and has a National Level Certificate for Assisted Living Administrator.
Mary Van Oeveren - Associate Administrator
Mary Van Oeveren is the Associate Administrator for Georgetown and Cambridge Manors in Grandville, Michigan. Mary first received an Associate’s Degree from Grand Rapids Community College, then attended Calvin College and graduated with a B.S. degree in Music Education. During her years at Calvin College, Mary worked as a caregiver in assisted living which fostered her love of the elderly.
After graduating from Calvin, Mary was an elementary school teacher at Zeeland Christian School for eight years. After being a stay-at-home mom for 2 years, she joined Yorkshire and Stonebridge Manors in the Activities Department in 1994, and then accepted a position as Administrative Assistant at Cambridge and Georgetown in 1998.
As the Associate Administrator, Mary’s duties include Human Resources as well as assist with Administrative duties. Mary completed Levels I & II in National Administrator Certification and is currently studying Marketing. Mary’s passion is to develop a home-like setting with quality care for residents and families as well as a positive work environment for all employees.
